Where are you now?

I am currently in charge of global sales and marketing, overseeing about 50 international subsidiaries and country organisations with a total of approximately 4,000 employees, and I’m responsible for 2 billion euros in turnover per year. I was able to initiate a global marketing transformation with integration of product management and marketing into one team of about 400 FTE in HQ. In parallel, I created a revenue operations HQ team with about 300 FTE in total with full alignment to the customer sales cycle. I continue to evolve sales organisations to drive collaboration on all levels and forming one organisation. I’ve also been busy publishing articles on LinkedIn.

How has the NUS EMBA helped shape where you are and what you’re doing now?

The NUS EMBA has changed my perspectives. I look at the world more holistically and see opportunities rather than challenges. It was an eye-opening experience. It felt like a rebirth and a renaissance. I am looking at the world now from different angles.
