EMBA Alumni Class Audit

New EMBA Alumni Class Audit Policy
Courses Available for Audit

- Alumni can audit EMBA classes, supporting their continuous professional growth.
- To promote broad participation, alumni may audit up to 2 courses per year.
- To maintain educational integrity, no more than 10% of the class, up to a total class size of 50, can consist of auditing alumni.
- Audit opportunities are contingent upon class availability, with priority given first to current, followed by exchange students. Remaining seats will be offered to alumni.
- In cases where demand exceeds supply, seats will be allocated through a random selection process, ensuring fairness.
- A nominal flat fee of S$1,000 plus prevailing GST per course will apply to all classes, regardless of the length of classes and format, reflecting the value of these educational opportunities. Please note, these fees are non-refundable.
- Withdrawals from courses are possible until three weeks before the class starts. While fees are non-refundable, timely withdrawal will not affect priority status in future class audits.
- To encourage responsible participation, alumni who do not attend or who exhibit behaviours that disrupt the learning environment – such as consistent lateness or inadequate preparation – will have reduced priority for future audits.
- All auditors are required to sign a Class Audit Participation Agreement upon registration to confirm understanding of these terms.
- This policy will take immediate effect and is subject to a review every two years to ensure it aligns with the evolving landscape.
