Learn how today’s biggest NYSE and NASDAQ listed companies – Facebook, Alibaba and Tesla are controlled by their founders through different measures like dual-class share structure, partnership model of control and supermajority voting. You will also be able to pick up some tips on evaluating similar companies for investments. After the class, you can find out more about the programmes offered by NUS through a networking session with our Academic Director & alumni from our EMBA programmes.
